• Prints of the pencil sketch can be made for an additional fee, they will be printed on a professional printer using archrival quality polar matte 8x10 fine art paper.

The process:

1. Order via website, currently offering a special holiday price

2. I will contact you and ask you to provide 2-5 photos of the home or structure you wish to have illustrated. I will inquire as to specific details and personal touches you wish to have included in your illustration.

3. You will receive a photo of the pencil draft to approve before the final illustration begins.

4. Your illustration will be shipped to the address you provide. Your illustration will be sent priority shipping via USPS, rolled in recycled, acid free paper.
